Dobro je prosao Returnal kod kriticara, vidim mnogi su bas zadovoljni [i niko ne spominje da kvalitet grafike varira :D]. MC se drzi na 86.



Par utisaka:

Recommended - Eurogamer
Returnal gets halfway to doing it. It is full of real, bona fide video game magic, but with each death it becomes less special, more mundane, and this is why it feels so difficult to pick up the controller again, why Returnal feels like it doesn't want to be played. But the magic it does have is transcendent. And so I do still want to play it - whether Returnal likes it or not.

Even after more than 60 runs of Returnal, the enchanting presentation and sense of discovery still remain. I now feel vigorous compared to the creatures that have tried to defend their territory against an unwanted visitor. The last boss only took me one try to beat it, yet I could barely make any progress in finding the right answers. I feel like I’m running in circles. But I’m not giving up.

Returnal is a relentless nightmare that’s a dream to play. The journey is full of horror and terrible discoveries, but also unbridled curiosity and wonder. If you have the taste for it, this is an adventure that begs to be experienced.

9/10 - Push Square
Housemarque has delivered the PS5 promise with Returnal. All the console's bells and whistles enhance the experience, making this a real showpiece for the hardware. But more than that, the game is a force to be reckoned with; the breathless combat, super slick gameplay, and the subtle but unsettling story combine for an experience of surprising scale. Rogue-lite aspects mean it won't gel with everyone, but for those looking for a challenging, addictive arcade shooter, this comes highly recommended.

9/10 - Gamespot
Returnal is constantly unsettling and consistently challenging. Its mysterious story and demanding action feel intense, urgent, and fresh. The fast-moving combat manages to appear incredibly daunting, bordering on overwhelming, without ever actually becoming insurmountable. Every moment is a rush, either because you just barely evaded a giant purple laser or because you have no idea why there's an Apollo-era astronaut following your every move. Do you need to be a little brave to play Returnal? Yeah. Do you need to be glutton for punishment? It helps. They say that anything worth doing should scare you at least a little bit. I'm not sure if that's always true, but Returnal makes a strong case.

So here’s my advice: Play Returnal. Revel in its excellent action. Embrace the challenge. Beat the game. Beat it again. Master it. But always, always treat the story stuff as tone, as mood, as a kind of visual soundtrack. Feel it, but don’t think too hard about it. Because if you do, you’re already as good as dead.

The moment-to-moment gameplay of Returnal is sublime, with a great selection of weapons that each have a wide variety of interesting possible traits, meaningful strategic decisions that can either keep a run afloat or doom it to sink, and punishingly challenging yet rewarding gunplay that is consistently exhilarating. Even with all of this focus on action, it never drops the ball on the story. Its big issue is that runs last way too long, and there’s no way to save progress outside of putting the PS5 in rest mode. That saps the desire to immediately return and try again after a failure, though not enough to grind it to a halt. Even so, Returnal is an incredible roguelike, and one of Housemarque’s best games to date.

But it does.

Jednostavno prvi biom je toliko dobro našminkan i doteran, sve te animacije sa početka takođe, sve daje utisak da igra izgleda bolje nego što izgleda zapravo.

Tek u kasnijim nivoima dolazi na videlo da grafika u stvari i nije toliko neverovatna kao što se čini tu u početku.

Pa čak i IGN US u svom video opisu navodi slično, naravno čeka se DF za koje ne sumnjam da će to podvući.

Visoke ocene su super i Returnal ih zaslužuje, ali ipak mislim da se ovi novinari oduševljavaju idejom da jedan indi koncept kakav je rogue ovih dana može da bude PS ekskluziva nabudžena i to je fino, dok suluda težina igre neće baš leći svima. Očekujem mnogo niži user score.

Kao što rekoh u opisu, zaleteće se ljudi da ovo nabave, svi casual vlasnici PS5, ne znajući u šta se upuštaju (no save game, neumoljiva hc rogue težina itd)

Inače što se tiče domaćih medija, SK je izgleda tajmirao izlazak majskog broja na dan pada embarga za Returnal, ocena 85, kolega Kuzma poredi igru sa Souls zapravo navodi kako je još teže. Play zamalo 10 da da, 9.7 nešto, mada oni uvek daju nerealno visoke ocene za sve.

Čekamo EmuGlx opis sada :) Da damo finalnu reč nakon što su se svi zaleteli da pišu recenzije pre day 1 patcha ;) (stigao ranije danas 10GB!!!)

Odlicna igra, stigoh do treceg sveta.
Mogli bi neki obimniji utisci kad se završi igra

Super je ovaj glič segment, ja bi istripovao da je deo glavne igre koliko jezivo izgleda

Danas sam video da se pojavljuje i neka teleport kapija koja vodi direkt na bossa, preskače se ogroman deo nivoa, ne znam dal je to postojalo pre patcheva, danas je bio još jedan update.

Mislim da je bilo i pre patch-a, ali nisam siguran. Instalirao sam ga juce imao sam run-ove i pre i posle patcha.

Taj biome2 portal se svakako lako moze promasiti ako se brzo protrci pored.

Izgleda da sa patchevima tiho uključuju stvari koje su trebalo da sljakaju od starta, ali nisu uvek.

  • Permanent progress items such as utility equipment. Any picked up weapons and items go into the loot pool and can be encountered later.
  • Unlocked weapon upgrades can appear on weapons later.
  • Ether is kept between runs.
  • Keys to shortcuts in all biomes after defeating the boss.
  • After biome 3, proficiency starts at a higher level.
Btw. Izgleda da su izbacili nailazenje na leševe drugih igrača i generalno druge online mogućnosti su off.

Sve ovde sto je navedeno je bilo i u prvoj verziji igre, samo ponavljaju.

I oni teleporti u world 2 su bili tu [mada svejedno je, kad se iz prvog sveta moze otici direkt na treci uz pomoc jump rope-a].

Housemarque je najavio novi patch koji izlazi sutra u 19h.

Ko ima aktivan run, nek iskljuci opciju za automatsku instalaciju background download patcheva. :D

Ova ekipa devolpera iz Finske je poznata jos od C64/Amiga doba. Znači HC rogue u fullu. Im ok with that! :D

Moram priznati da je ovo odlican pocetak za Ps5. Prava muška igra bez kmečanja. Kako sam razumeo, jel nema odabira težine ? Teško po difoltu ?

Nema biranja težine i jeste VRLO teško po defaultu, ali težina dolazi iz sistema igre više nego samog gameplaya ipak.

Igra nema save opciju u opste, snimaju se samo permanent unlockovi ako ista tako nadjes/uradis tokom igranja. Pravi roguelike, a ne crowdpleasing roguelite kao DeadCells/Hades.

Realno gledano, ko hoce da radi run da bi presao igru, moze da direkt iz prvog nivoa skoci do bilo kod drugog otkljucanog nivoa [sa sve free powerup-om da se weapon proficiency podigne na ocekivan nivo kao da is zaista prelazio sve recom], tako da sto se fokusa na prelazak igre tice, save opcija nije dealbreaker.

Problem je kod onih sessija gde igrac bas ide i cisti svaki nivo, sto moze da potraje jer su poveci. Rest mode moze da se koristi [nijednom nisam imao problem sa rest modom na PS5 do sada], ali to ne pomaze onima koji hoce da igraju vise od jedne igre odjednom.
